Generators use the Sacral app to receive wonderful questions about themselves when they need it to train their response and to get a tension in their mind relieved.

Run the app and a question will pop up. Respond in your natural way make your uh-uh or uhh sounds make a roar. Then touch a question card and you'll get another one. The order of questions is changing randomly. Only important things are being asked. You can list your favorite questions or add your own ones. For the Emotional Generators it is suggested to go through a set of questions and then few hours later choose Repeat to respond to them again gaining clarity.
