● 앱 사용 주의사항 ●
1. 어플리케이션 업데이트가 반복될 경우 아래 경로에서 스토어 캐시 삭제 후 업데이트 바랍니다.
- [환경설정] > [더보기] 를 클릭하여 [애플리케이션 관리자] 선택 > [롯데마트 GO] 선택 > [데이터/ 캐시 삭제] 버튼 클릭으로 데이터 및 캐시 삭제
2. 회원가입 또는 로그인을 위한 엘포인트 본인 인증 시 인증창이 열리는 않는 경우
- 사용하시는 브라우저 환경 설정을 '네이버'를 제외한 다른 브라우저로 진행 (구글 다음 등)
3. 롯데마트 GO 앱은 스마트폰에 적합하며 태블릿 PC의 경우 일부 기종은 설치 및 사용이 불가할 수 있습니다.
4. 롯데마트 GO 앱은 Android 5.0 이하는 지원하지 않습니다. Android 5.0을 사용하는 일부 기종은 설치 및 사용이 불가할 수 있습니다.


● 앱 접근 권한 안내 ●
롯데마트 GO 앱은 고객님께 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 모바일 기기의 다양한 기능에 접근하고 있습니다
2017년 3월 23일부터 시행되는 정보통신망법령에 맞추어 서비스 이용에 필요한 항목만 필수 접근하고 있습니다.
서비스 제공에 선택 접근권한이 필요한 경우 동의를 받고 있으며 거부하시더라도 기본 서비스 이용에 제한은 없습니다.

[필수적 접근권한]
필수 접근권한을 사용하지 않습니다.

[선택 접근 권한]
해당 기능 사용 시 동의가 필요하며 동의하지 않으셔도 해당 기능 외 서비스 이용이 가능합니다.

- 위치정보 : 위치 기반 매장 혜택 / 정보 제공 시
- 마이크 : 음성 검색 기능 사용 시
- 전화 : 엘포인트 고객센터 전화 연결 서비스 제공 (안드로이드 버젼 6.0 이상에 해당)
- 카메라 : 포토상품평 작성 시 / 바코드 스캔 기능 사용 시
- 사진 (저장공간) : 포토상품평 작성 시
- 신체활동 : 걸음수 측정 서비스 제공(안드로이드 10.0 이상에 해당)


[안드로이드 OS 6.0미만 버전]
안드로이드 6.0 미만 버전 기기를 이용하시는 경우 선택적 접근 권한 없이 모두 필수적 접근 권한으로 적용될 수 있습니다.
이 경우 운영체제를 6.0이상으로 업그레이드 하신 후 앱을 삭제 후 재설치하셔야 접근권한 설정이 정상적으로 가능합니다.

3. Club: This is a customized free membership service that provides information and benefits of your interests.

4. Smart Receipt: Don't bother with paper receipts! This is a mobile receipt that is automatically kept and allows you to check your purchase history at any time.
5. Flyer: You can easily view this week's flyer product and event information.
6. Events: Run First-come-first-served basis stamp walk survey participation you can check various event information such as affiliate events.
7. Channel ON: You can enjoy useful information such as recipes life tips trends etc. through videos and use them in your life.
8. Smart Product Review: You can create and search a variety of product reviews for products purchased at the store.

● Notes on using the app ●
1. If the application is updated repeatedly please update after deleting the store cache from the path below.
-Click [Preferences]> [More] and select [Application Manager]> Select [Lotte Mart GO]> Delete data and cache by clicking the [Delete Data/Cache] button
2. When the authentication window does not open during L-point identification for membership registration or login
-Set your browser environment to a browser other than'Naver' (Google Daum etc.)
3. The Lotte Mart GO app is suitable for smartphones. In the case of tablet PCs some models may not be installed and used.
4. Lotte Mart GO app does not support Android 5.0 or lower. Some models using Android 5.0 may not be able to install and use.


● App access rights guide ●
The Lotte Mart GO app is accessing various functions of mobile devices to provide various services to customers.
In accordance with the Information and Communication Network Act in effect from March 23 2017 only the items necessary for service use are required.
If you require optional access rights to provide services consent is obtained and even if you refuse there is no restriction on the use of basic services.

Required access rights are not used.

[Selective access rights]
Consent is required when using the function and you can use services other than the function even if you do not agree.

-Location information: When providing location-based store benefits / information
-Microphone: When using the voice search function
-Phone: L-point customer center phone connection service provided (for Android version 6.0 or higher)
-Camera: When creating a photo review / When using the barcode scanning function
-Photo (storage space): When writing a photo review
-Physical activity: Providing step count service (corresponding to Android 10.0 or higher)


[Android OS version less than 6.0]
If you are using a device with Android 6.0 or lower all of them can be applied as essential access rights without optional access rights.
In this case after upgrading the operating system to 6.0 or higher you must uninstall and reinstall the app to properly set access rights.
