《合金機兵》講述的是在戰爭之後的末世故事。相比於一般的末日廢土風格的故事，它更多體現的是末世之後的希望。
我時常認為遊戲並不只是供人消遣的工具，它更多的應該是故事的載體。一個令人津津樂道的遊戲在其遊戲玩法的基礎上，必然有一個好的故事。因此我希望在《合金機兵》中也能講好一個故事。　
　我個人非常喜歡廢土故事，例如《輻射》。我也曾經嚮往在廢土中無法無天、放蕩不羈的生活。但隨著閱讀的故事越多，我的想法也有所改變。而到現在我認為末世之後，會有更多人渴望著秩序並追求一種穩定的生活。因而《合金機兵》中有大量秩序與混亂的碰撞。通過這些碰撞來傳遞我腦海中的末世廢土是什麼樣子。
　如果你初入《合金機兵》你所看到的更多的是少年堅持正義、打敗邪惡的童話故事。這是符合大多數玩家對於故事的需求。要知道《霍比特人》最初也是作為少兒故事出版的。
　但當你逐字逐句解讀劇情，跟著劇情越來越深入地了解整個故事，你會發現新世界。你會開始懷疑主角之前所堅持的正義真的對於所有人來說都是正義嗎？主角所看見的是否就是真相？
　我想為仔細閱讀劇情的玩家準備一份禮物。內容其實都藏在台詞之中，當你仔細閱讀時，你會發現這個故事並不是簡單的童話。甚至會發現事情似乎並沒有向著一個好的方向走，所謂的秩序似乎在崩塌。最終章第六章也只是主角邁向更大世界的開始。

"Metal Soldier" tells the story of the end of the world after the war. Compared with the general doomsday wasteland style story it more reflects the hope after the end.
I often think that the game is not just a tool for people to entertain it should be more a carrier of the story. On the basis of its gameplay an intriguing game must have a good story. So I hope to tell a good story in "Alloy Soldier".　
　I personally like the story of waste soil such as "radiation". I also longed for a lawless and unruly life in the wasteland. But as more stories were read my thinking also changed. And now I think after the end of the world more people will long for order and pursue a stable life. Therefore there is a lot of order and chaos in "Metal Soldier". Through these collisions I convey what the end-of-life waste soil looks like in my mind.
　If you first enter "Metal Gear Soldier" you will see more fairy tales of teenagers insisting on justice and defeating evil. This is in line with the needs of most players for stories. You know "The Hobbit" was originally published as a children's story.
　But when you interpret the plot word by word and follow the plot more and more deeply to understand the whole story you will find a new world. Will you start to doubt that the justice that the protagonist insisted on before is really justice for everyone? Is the truth seen by the protagonist?
　I want to prepare a gift for players who read the plot carefully. The content is actually hidden in the lines. When you read it carefully you will find that this story is not a simple fairy tale. You may even find that things do not seem to be going in a good direction and the so-called order seems to be collapsing. Chapter 6 of the final chapter is only the beginning of the protagonist's move towards a larger world.
