The Nage-No-Kata is a Judo Kata composed of 15 throws that are executed in a traditional form that demonstrates different throwing principles. In most grading systems demonstrating the Nage-No-Kata is required for acquiring the level of a Black belt.

This app demonstrates the throws of the Nage-No-Kata in short video clips describes important aspects of each throw and provides diagrams that clearly define the positions and movements of Tori and Uke on the mat.
