The use of Safeguard has many advantages:

1. Automatic presence detection

Safeguard automatically detects whether emergency personnel are present and alarmable. For this we use "Geofencing" technology. Safeguard never follows a user outside of a Geofence (your company’s perimeter).

2. Receive notifications on your smartphone

In the event of a calamity the notifications are sent via a push message with both sound and vibration. You can indicate whether you are going to assist in the situation by accepting or refusing the notification.

Messages are sent via WIFI 4G 3G and GPRS. If the employee has a bad internet connection or does not respond an SMS will be sent.

3. Communication tool
Safeguard offers the possibility to start a Conference Call between employees who have accepted an alarm. Through the app it is possible to see who is present at a location whilst the option also exists for you to contact these persons via telephone.
