الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وأصحابه أجمعين.

وبعد:

يعد علم المواريث ـ الفرائض ـ من أهم العلوم، فقد وردت معظم أحكامه نصاً في القرآن الكريم والسنة المطهرة، كما دعا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إلى تعلم هذا العلم وتعليمه.

أخرج الحاكم في مستدركه وقال حديث صحيح الإسناد، عن سيدنا عبد الله بن مسعود رضي الله عنه ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : «تعلموا القرآن وعلموه الناس، وتعلموا الفرائض وعلموه الناس، فإني امرؤ مقبوض، وإن العلم سيقبض وتظهر الفتن حتى يختلف الاثنان في الفريضة لا يجدان من يقضي بها».

يأتي هذا التطبيق نزولاً تحت الأمر النبوي سالف الذكر، سائلاً الله تعالى أن يكون خالصاً لوجهه الكريم، وسيجد القارئ المتابع ـ إن شاء الله تعالى ـ ما يُسَهِّلُ عليه التعرف على هذا العلم وحلِّ مسائله، مع التنويه إلى عدم الاكتفاء به؛ لأنه لا بد من الرجوع إلى أهل العلم والاختصاص.

ختاماً أشكر الله تعالى ثم كل من مدَّ يد العون لي في هذا التطبيق.
