1. 스팸 전화번호 알림/무음/차단
광고 보이스 피싱 등의 스팸 전화번호로부터 전화 문자 메시지 수신 시 실시간 조회를 통해서 알림/무음/차단이 작동합니다. (단 문자 메시지는 알림만 가능합니다.)

2. 주의 전화번호 알림/무음/차단
스팸 신고가 없는 전화번호라 하더라도 활동성 및 유사번호 존재 여부에 따라서 '주의'를 표시하고 주의 단계에 따라서 무음/차단할 수 있습니다.

3. 중요/장소 전화번호 알림
고객센터 음식점 등의 중요/장소 전화번호를 알려주기 때문에 놓치지 않을 수 있습니다. (등록이 안된 경우에는 직접 등록을 할 수 있습니다.)

4. 오프라인 DB 무료 제공 (듀얼심 지원)
매일 자동 업데이트 되는 오프라인 DB를 통해서 (듀얼심에서도) 보다 효과적으로 스팸 전화번호를 차단할 수 있습니다. (Wi-Fi 상태에서만 업데이트도 가능합니다.)

5. 필수 기능만으로 가벼움
스팸 차단이라는 필수 기능만을 제공하므로 무겁지 않고 가볍게 사용이 가능합니다. 사용자가 필요하지도 않은 기능들은 추가하지 않았습니다.

앱 미작동 관련 안내
안드로이드 P(9) 부터 앱의 '백그라운드에서 실행'이 제한될 경우 실시간 조회창 및 전화 차단 등 앱의 기능이 정상적으로 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다. 기기 설정의 [애플리케이션] - [더콜] 앱 - [배터리] - [백그라운에서 실행]을 활성화하거나 앱 설정에서 [배터리 최적화 제외]를 활성화 해주세요.

차단 미작동 관련 안내
안드로이드 O(8.0)의 '안드로이드 보안 패치 수준'이 2018년 4월 이후일 경우 '전화 끊기 기능'의 접근 권한이 차단되어 '전화 차단 기능'이 정상적으로 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다. '차단 설정'한 전화번호 역시 차단이 되지 않기 때문에 안드로이드 M(6.0) 이상이라면 '무음 모드'를 사용해주세요.

추가 안내 - 버전 1.10.0 부터 보안 패치로 인한 스팸 전화 차단은 무음으로 자동 대체됩니다. 차단 설정 및 스팸 전화 차단 설정 시에 차단 기능 사용 유무를 확인하실 수 있습니다.

실시간 조회창 작동 지연 관련 안내
'메모리(RAM) 정리' 앱(삼성 갤럭시 시리즈의 '디바이스 케어' 앱 등)을 통한 전체 메모리(RAM) 정리 시 앱의 재구동으로 '실시간 조회창' 작동이 지연될 수 있습니다. 사용 중이신 '메모리(RAM) 정리 앱'에서 '제외 대상 앱'에 더콜 앱을 추가해주세요.

추가 안내 - 삼성 갤럭시 시리즈의 '갤럭시 랩스' - '배터리 가디언'의 '자동 최적화'를 켤 경우 더콜 앱이 '절전 앱'으로 자동 추가되어 '실시간 조회창'이 정상적으로 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다. '배터리 가디언'의 '최적화 하지 않는 앱'에 더콜 앱을 추가하거나 앱 설정에서 [배터리 최적화 제외]를 활성화 해주세요.

상단 알림 지연 관련 안내
삼성 갤럭시 시리즈의 안드로이드 11 사용 시 상단 알림이 시간이 지난 후 뜰 경우 기기 설정의 [배터리 및 디바이스 케어] - [배터리] - [백그라운드 사용 제한] - [절전 예외 앱]에 더콜 앱을 추가하거나 앱 설정에서 [배터리 최적화 제외]를 활성화 해주세요. (순정 안드로이드 기준 기기 설정의 [배터리] - [배터리 관리] - [자동으로 앱 관리]를 비활성화 해주세요.)

더콜 접근권한 안내
더콜은 최소한의 접근권한만을 요구합니다. (안드로이드 M(6.0) 이상일 경우) 해당 기능을 사용하기 위해서만 접근권한을 필요로 하며 허용하지 않아도 앱 사용이 가능합니다.

안드로이드 운영체제는 M(6.0) 버전부터 동의 방식이 크게 달라졌기 때문에 해당 스마트폰 내 소프트웨어 업데이트 기능을 이용하여 본인 스마트폰의 운영체제를 안드로이드 M(6.0) 이상으로 업그레이드할 수 있는지 확인하고 업그레이드 하시기 바랍니다. 또한 운영체제가 업그레이드 되더라도 기존 앱에서 동의한 접근권한이 바뀌지는 않기 때문에 접근권한을 다시 설정하기 위해서는 이미 설치한 앱을 삭제 후 재설치 해야 합니다.

1. Spam phone number notification/silence/block
When receiving calls or text messages from spam phone numbers such as advertisements and voice phishing notification/silence/blocking works through real-time inquiry. (However text messages can only be notified.)

2. Attention phone number notification/silence/block
Even if there is no spam report'Caution' is displayed depending on the activity and the existence of similar numbers and silence/blocking can be performed according to the level of caution.

3. Important/location phone number notification
You may not miss the phone number of important/places such as customer centers and restaurants. (If you are not registered you can register yourself.)

4. Offline DB free (dual sim support)
You can block spam phone numbers more effectively (even in Dual Sim) through an offline DB that is automatically updated every day. (Update is also possible only in Wi-Fi status.)

5. Light with only essential features
It provides only the essential function of blocking spam so it is not heavy and can be used lightly. We didn't add features that the user didn't even need.

Information on non-operation of the app
From Android P(9) if the app's'run in the background' is restricted the app's functions such as real-time inquiry window and phone blocking may not work properly. Activate [Application]-[The Call] app-[Battery]-[Run in the background] in the device settings or activate [Excluding battery optimization] in the app settings.

Notice on non-blocking
If the'Android Security Patch Level' of Android O (8.0) is after April 2018 the access right of the'Hang Up Function' is blocked so the'Call Blocking Function' may not work normally. Phone numbers with'blocking settings' are also not blocked so if you have Android M (6.0) or higher use'silent mode'.

Additional Notice-As of version 1.10.0 spam call blocking due to security patch is automatically replaced by silence. You can check whether or not the blocking function is used when blocking and blocking spam calls.
Additional Information-Android P(9) from version 1.13.8 and Android 10(Q) from version 1.13.9 support the call blocking function through new permissions and methods.

Notice on delay in real-time inquiry window operation
When the entire memory (RAM) is cleaned through the'Memory (RAM) Cleanup' app (Samsung Galaxy series''Device Care' app etc.) the operation of the'Real-Time Query Window' may be delayed due to the restart of the app. Add The Call app to'Excluded Apps' in the'Memory (RAM) Cleanup App' you are using.

Additional Information-If you turn on'Auto Optimization' of'Galaxy Labs'-'Battery Guardian' of the Samsung Galaxy series the'Real Time View' may not work properly because the Call app is automatically added as a'Sleep App'. Add The Call app to'Apps not optimized' in'Battery Guardian' or enable [Excluding battery optimization] in the app settings.

Notice on delay of notification above
If the top notification appears after a period of time has elapsed when using Android 11 of the Samsung Galaxy series add The Call app to [Battery and Device Care]-[Battery]-[Background usage restrictions]-[Power saving exception app] in device settings or Please enable [Excluding battery optimization] in the app settings. (Please deactivate [Battery]-[Battery Management]-[Automatically manage apps] in the device settings based on original Android.)

The Call Access Permission Guide
The Call only requires minimal access. (For Android M(6.0) or higher) Access rights are required only to use the function and you can use the app even if you do not allow it.

Since the Android operating system has changed greatly from the M (6.0) version please use the software update function in the smartphone to check if the operating system of your smartphone can be upgraded to Android M (6.0) or higher and then upgrade. Also even if the operating system is upgraded the access rights agreed to by the existing apps do not change so in order to re-establish access rights you need to delete and reinstall the app you have already installed.
