Mobile Installer（モバイルインストーラー）は、ソフトバンク株式会社が提供するApp Passサービスの動作に必要なサポートアプリケーションです。単体では動作せず、App Passサービスとともにご利用いただけます。

一部機種にて、Mobile Installerのシステムアップデート（2018年6月17日実施）により、App Passでアプリのインストールや更新ができない場合がございます。その場合は、Mobile Installerを本バージョン（6.0.04）に更新することで、App Passを正常にご利用いただくことが可能となります。

なお、システムの自動更新により、すでに対応済みの場合もございます。その場合、更新の必要はございません（本ページで「更新」ボタンが表示されない場合は更新不要です）。

■注意事項
・現在インストールされているMobile Installerがバージョン6.0.04以上の場合は、更新の必要はございません。
・Mobile Installerを誤ってアンインストールしてしまった場合は、再度Mobile Installerを更新してください。
・お客さまがオールリセット（データの初期化）をされた場合も、再度Mobile Installerを本バージョンに更新いただく必要がございます。
Mobile Installer (mobile installer) is a support application necessary for the operation of the App Pass service that SOFTBANK CORP. Has to offer. Does not operate by itself you can use with App Pass service.

In some models by the Mobile Installer system update (June 17 2018 implementation) you might not be able to install or update apps in the App Pass. In that case the Mobile Installer by updating to this version (6.0.04) it will be able to get successfully use the App Pass.

It should be noted by the automatic updating of the system there might be already been addressed. In that case there is no need to be updated (if the "update" button on this page does not display is not required update).

â–  Notes
• If Mobile Installer currently installed is greater than or equal to version 6.0.04 there is no need to be updated.
• If you accidentally uninstall by mistake the Mobile Installer please update again Mobile Installer.
Also • If the customer has been the all-reset (initialization of data) you will need to get update the Mobile Installer to this version again.
