2.1: Added a new field type of "Photo" which allows taking photos
from the app. Also bug fixes and improvements.
2.0: Added a new field type of "Auto index" which automatically
generates sequential ids (e.g. ID001, ID002, etc)
1.8: Added a new field type of "Location" which allows you to
capture the current GPS location.
1.7: Updated to target Android SDK 30.
1.6: Fixed a bug with not being able to re-order fields on
form.
