This update introduces more customization options for Harpy in the form of home screen customization.

Most of the customization is only accessible in the pro version, which will become available with the 1.0 release in the near future!

· Added home screen customization
· Added best media quality option in media settings
· Fixed incorrectly parsing @mentions and #hashtags in the user profile description (Thanks ADcorpo!)
