Android client built with GitHub open API has completed some basic functions.

Implemented functions (including but not limited to):
1. View the user's public feed flow
2. User information viewing (star repo org etc.)
3. Browse repo code
4. View and comment on project problems
5. GitHub trend list
6. GitHub official blog
7. Added repo collection function (this function does not belong to GitHub official function)
