With WIFI:
1.Connect to WIFIopen this app it will sacn other device in WLAN.If some device doesn't appear in device listtry rescan.
2.Other device connected to this WLAN need not install any softare. If you can connect to the Internet open website www.wlantool.comotherwise open host ip+:8888such as 192.168.1.101:8888.
3.Any device installed this app or open website can see the device list in this WLAN and can send message、file or folder to other device.

Use hotspot without WIFI:
One device setup a hotspotother device connect to this hotspot. Open app deivces that not installed this app open this website：host IP+:8888.
