This app will tell you your device's IP address.
If you sign onto wifi it will tell you the wifi IP address assigned to your device.
If you sign onto a cellular network it will tell you the IP address that that network assigns to your device.

Be sure that you are connected to the internet to see your IP.

You may also be able to access an android's IP by going to Settings > System > About phone > Status > IP address
