How to use the Spirit Level app:

To determine whether a surface is horizontal or vertical or to measure its inclination angle you can just lay your phone flat on the surface the bubbles in the tubes are stably in the centre of the Tube. You can also watch the bubble position and adjust the direction of the device appropriately. After determining the Positions of the bubbles you can click the calibration button so that your measurement will be more accurate.

Your device should already calibrated by the manufacturer. If you think the readings are wrong you can re-calibrate your device by pressing the RESET button. This leveller app indicates horizontal when the bubbles are in the middle. It will show the actual angle in the meantime. The sound effects helped you to hear the result without looking at the screen.
