Betta fish are known as fighting fish aggressive and likes to attack. Some types of hickey fish have an attractive body color beautiful fin form calm and authoritative movements. Betta fish are kept as ornamental fish and fish complaints. The native habits of betta fish are spread over Southeast Asia covering Thailand Vietnam Cambodia Malaysia Brunei and Indonesia. The types of betta fish:
- Halfmoon (moon piece)
As the name suggests halfmoon betta fish species have fins and tails that seem to fuse in a semicircle. When viewed from the side halfmoon fish fins shaped like the moon next door. The halfmoon betta fish are preserved for their beauty.
 
- Crown tail (serit)
Betta serit became worldwide because of its beauty variations. It is called crown tail or crown tail because when it is reversed facing up the serit on its tail it looks like a king's crown.
