-Fixed account password input box issues (causing login errors when copy paste was used.)

-Fixed crash after app was closed.

Note: Accounts are not required to play. They will help secure your profile and purchases and are completely optional. However, in the near future they will be used to limit access to certain game features. We are endeavoring to improve the user experience (e.g., curbing hacking, harassment, and cheating is a huge focus.)
