Creates a Wifi connection entry for 33C3 using 802.1X with proper certificate name and CA checks.

Why are we doing this? Well quite a lot of people still don't have a VPN on their phones and tablets which means your DNS and unencrypted HTTP traffic is susceptible be grabbed by someone impersonating the camp network. But the standard Wifi GUI doesn't support configuring an exact certificate match only a CA - so this app fills the security gap.
