Version 3.2:

- Added Trasparency Color for Quick Settings for Samsung Oreo

- Added Transparent notifications for Samsung Oreo ( IMPORTANT: Lag is normal. We need it exposed only works without lag for custom roms ). Thanks to @DeadmanXXD

- Moved all mods from systemui to Systemui.headers to make systemUI overlay cleaner and more comprensible

- Fixes in a lot of apps

- Fixed Substratum bottom bar and added a transparent overlay ( thanks to @DJDarkknight96 )
