Screen off need admin permission for turn off screen.
So you have trouble uninstall.
You can unstall screen off two way
+ 1: go to setting and turn off admin permission for screen off
and go to application unstall this
+ 2: click button unstall in screen of turn off screen off in admin permission
after that you go setting and unstall
