This is a Theme for devices with the Cyanogenmod/CyanogenOS Theme engine if you are not running a device with it this will not work for you.

Please keep in mind the theme chooser has bugs I have tested this on several devices with out issue but your results may vary. With a recent bug you will need to apply the them by going into styles in the theme manager then fonts and wallpapers as you so choose.
