AnthroCal is a child growth assessment app which calculates the Z-scores for child growth parameters which includes weight-for-age Height-for-age BMI-for-age Weight-for-length Head circumference-for-age arm circumference-for-age triceps skinfold-for-age and subscapular skinfold-for-age. We have incorporated the WHO growth charts 2007 for 0-5 and 5-18 years children in the single app along with revised IAP growth charts 2015 (Khadilkar et al) for Indian Children. This combination makes AnthroCal a 3 in 1 app for child growth assessment. Clinicians and parents can use AnthroCal app for the child growth assessment. Clinicians while being in clinic can save time as AnthroCal presents an integrated solution switching between the apps to assess the results is time consuming. AnthroCal also save the results and at the same time have the feature to share the results therefore the parents could send the summaries to the doctor for further evaluation. We have introduced plotting feature which will enable users to graphically compare z-scores on standard growth charts.
