Fast Access: A tiny launcher or as
Samsung likes to call it Floating Toolbox.
Fast Access features:
* Floating Apps & Floating Folders are always going to be a click away from any screen.

The overlay system permission is meant for FastAccess to be able to display itself upon other apps and without it the app won't work.
