This app is a shortcut to the VPN Section under Settings. There is no interface tapping on the icon will directly take you to the settings screen.

##THIS IS ONLY A SHORTCUT ALL YOU SEE IS YOUR OWN SETTINGS APP so don't ask me things like how to set up a VPN.
