Today's world needs everything to be fast. I am not saying my application is the best to do it but what my application does is gives you the space to customize it the way you want and over that it's easier to add the apps into the bar as compared to other sidebars as there you will have to go to their settings menu in the home screen and then select the apps which you want to add to the bar but mine ain't like that you can add apps from any screen whether you are running YouTube or chatting on Facebook it's minimalistic to handle and very compact too.
