Micro Focus Network Capture Express enables you to measure and record network latency packet loss and downstream bandwidth to any addressable domain or IP address. The recorded network conditions simulate the real network conditions during application testing. This enables you to perform more accurate testing and to predict how your application will behave. You can send the recorded network conditions as an email attachment to use with other Micro Focus Network Virtualization products.
