Présentation :
Swap est un porte-clefs GPS autonome destiné aux personnes atteintes par la maladie d’Alzheimer connecté à distance à une application conçue pour les aidants. Cette solution permet aux proches d’être rassurés sur l’état de santé du malade et prévenus en cas de problèmes. Le porteur se sent en sécurité dans ses déplacements.


Principe :
L'application est connectée 24h/24 et 7j/7 au porte-clefs Swap. Les aidants disposant de l'application reçoivent en continue les coordonnées GPS du porteur. Le porte-clefs possède une autonomie de plus de 30 jours et se recharge par induction sur son socle de rechargement. L'objet est personnalisable sous forme de porte-clefs de clips de bracelet s'adaptant parfaitement au quotidien du malade. L'application :
L'accès à l'application s’effectue à l'aide de codes sécurisés (identifiant + clef de sécurité) fournis à l'ouverture du contrat.
L'application récupère automatiquement les données cryptées du porte-clefs.
Elle permet de :
- Localiser le malade en temps réel
- Être alerté en cas de détection de chute
- Définir un secteur de promenade alerte en cas de dépassement
- Définir une heure limite de présence au domicile alerte en cas de dépassement
- Connaître le niveau de batterie du porte-clefs et être alerté en cas de batterie faible
- Accéder à l'historique d’activité de son proche sur plusieurs jours
- Profiter des dernières actualités concernant la maladie d'Alzheimer et suivre un programme d'accompagnement des aidants développé par notre partenaire l’Institut Claude Pompidou du CHU de Nice.

Recommandations :
Plusieurs proches ont accès simultanément aux données du malade d’Alzheimer. Il est préconisé de relier plusieurs aidants (plusieurs applications) à un même porte-clefs. « L’ Aidant Principal » peut inviter gratuitement jusqu'à 5 de ses proches à avoir accès aux données du porteur via l'application.

Distinctions et Partenaires :
Le projet Swap a remporté 7 concours d’Innovation et de Santé. Les équipes de Recherche & Développement travaillent depuis le Centre de Micro-électronique de Provence. L'ergonomie et le protocole médical ont été étudiés en collaboration avec les équipes du professeur Robert Directeur du Centre Mémoires de Ressources et de Recherche à l'Institut Claude Pompidou du CHU de Nice.

Presentation :
Swap is a standalone GPS keychain for people with Alzheimer's disease connected remotely to an application designed for caregivers. This solution allows the relatives to be reassured on the state of health of the patient and warned in case of problems. The wearer feels safe in his movements.


Principle:
The app is connected 24/7 to the Swap Keychain. Caregivers with the application receive the GPS coordinates of the wearer continuously. The keychain has a range of more than 30 days and is rechargeable by induction on its charging base. The application:
Access to the application is made using secure codes (ID + security key) provided at the opening of the contract.
The application automatically retrieves the encrypted data from the key ring.
She allows to :
- Locate the patient in real time
- Be alerted if a fall is detected
- Define a walking area alert in case of overtaking
- Set a time limit for presence at home alert if exceeded
- Know the battery level of the key ring and be alerted in case of low battery
- Access the activity history of his loved one over several days
- Take advantage of the latest news concerning Alzheimer's disease and follow a caregiver support program developed by our partner the Claude Pompidou Institute of the University Hospital of Nice.

Recommendations:
Several relatives have simultaneous access to data of Alzheimer's patient. It is recommended to connect several caregivers (several applications) to the same keychain. "The Primary Caregiver" can invite up to 5 of his relatives to access the carrier's data via the application free of charge.

The Swap project has won 7 Innovation and Health competitions. The Research & Development teams work from the Microelectronics Center of Provence. The ergonomics and medical protocol were studied in collaboration with the teams of Professor Robert Director of the Center for Resources and Research at the Claude Pompidou Institute of the University Hospital of Nice.
