Мобільна версія кадастрової карти із додатковими функціями на базі Публічної кадастрової карти України.

Даний додаток дозволяє:
- переглядати кадастровий поділ ґрунтовий покрив та розпорядження с/г землями на картах OpenStreetMap Google Bing та ортофотопланах з Публічної кадастрової карти України.
- здійснювати пошук по вказаному кадастровому номеру;
- виконувати перехід до певної частини карти за допомогою фільтру по регіону;
- отримувати загальнодоступні дані по вибраній ділянці та інформацію про право власності та речові права після авторизації;
- виставляти особисті нумеровані позначки на карті;
- поділитись вибраною чи всіма позначками;
- вмикати навігацію до земельної ділянки або позначки.

Позначки нумеровані по порядку їх виставлення на карту і містять інформацію про відстань від першої та попередньої в метрах з точністю до 1 сантиметра. Для обчислення відстані використовується формула Вінценті (Vincenty) яка дає дуже точні результати оскільки враховує еліпсоїдну модель Землі.

Також у лівому верхньому куті розміщується панель із інформацією про відстань відрізка чи периметром та площею полігону виставлених на карті за допомогою позначок. Полігон розглядається як багатокутник - замкнута ламана без самоперетинів задана своїми вершинами а площа обчислюється на базі уявних трапецій у яких абсциси є основами а різниці ординат сусідніх точок висотами на рівновеликій конічній проекції Альберса (Albers).

Програма працює в режимі онлайн а тому для її роботи потрібне підключення до Інтернету.

Mobile version of the cadastral card with additional functions on the basis of the Public Cadastral Map of Ukraine.

This application allows you to:
- Review the cadastral division soil cover and agricultural land management on OpenStreetMap Google Bing and orthophotomaps from the Public Cadastral Map of Ukraine.
- to search according to the specified cadastral number;
- perform a transition to a certain part of the map using the region filter;
- Receive publicly available data for the selected site and information about ownership and real rights after authorization;
- to display personalized numbered marks on the map;
- share selected or all labels;
- enable navigation to the land or mark.

The marks are numbered in order of their mapping and contain information about the distance from the first and the previous in meters to within 1 centimeter. The Vincenty formula is used to calculate the distance which gives very accurate results since it takes into account the ellipsoidal model of the Earth.

Also in the upper left corner is a panel with information about the distance of the segment or the perimeter and the area of ​​the landfill exposed on the map with the help of labels. A polygon is considered as a polygon - a closed lamina without self-intersections given by its vertices and the area is calculated on the basis of imaginary trapezoidal patterns in which the abscissas are the bases and the difference of the ordinates of the neighboring points in heights at the equidistant conical projection of Albers.

The program is running online and therefore requires an Internet connection for its work.
