Ali Dilem né le 29 juin 1967 à El Harrach en Algérie est un dessinateur de presse algérien. Il publie ses caricatures dans le quotidien algérien Liberté.

Il a fait ses études à l'École nationale des beaux arts d'Alger1. Après les émeutes de 1988 auxquelles il participe il commence sa carrière au journal Alger Républicain en 1989 puis au quotidien Le Matin en 1991 avant de rejoindre Liberté en 1996.

Ali Dilem born June 29 1967 in El Harrach in Algeria is an Algerian cartoonist. He published his caricatures in the Algerian daily Liberté.

He studied at the National School of Fine Arts Alger1. After the 1988 riots in which he participates he began his career in Algiers Republican newspaper in 1989 and the daily Le Matin in 1991 before joining Freedom in 1996.
