ScreenLighter keep Screen ON when the specific applications running on the foreground.

User can select the target applications for Bright and Dim category.
When the application in Bright category is running ScreenLighter keeps the screen on.
When the application in Dim category is running ScreenLighter keeps the screen on and allow dim.

When the ScreenLighter is active it sends a notification to system status bar to prompt user the ScreenLighter is active.
