Layouts at this moment:
* Myanmar (Unicode) with Pa-Oh
* Myanmar (Zawgyi)
* Myanmar (Shan-Unicode)
* Myanmar (Mon-Unicode)
* Myanmar (Karen-Unicode) with Kayah

Cautions:
* Myanmar Unicode layout Shan Layout Mon Layout Karen Layout must use with Myanmar Unicode Standard fonts. (eg: Padauk Pyi Htaung Su)
* Myanmar (Zawgyi) layout is only for Zawgyi font users.
