ASIOFit Suspension Workouts / Description

With our training app you will strengthen your whole body in many planes of movement by using highly integrated movements from our star trainers.

Suspension workout equipment uses your own bodyweight from different angles to engage more muscle groups at the same time. The intensity of each fitness exercise can be modified by selecting stance choosing body angles and workout procedure for the TRX in the gym.

For beginners we recommend choosing smaller body angles for every day health. You can also lengthen the workout intervals shorten the rest intervals or increase demands on the cardiovascular system with our suspension trainer workouts app.

We know that our app will be your gym buddy as well as a great for home workouts. Combined with tabata music you can exercise core abs upper body and lower body very effectively anywhere for free!
