With Contacts Backup you can back up all contacts in your address book with a single tap and send this backup file with the .vcf extension of vCard format to yourself as a mail message. Later if your address book is completely or partially deleted you can restore your contacts by opening the backup file you have sent yourself with the Mail application on the Phone.
