- درصورتی که پس از اتصال موفق با وجود دسترسی به اینترنت خطای "عدم دسترسی به اینترنت" را در برنامه مشاهده می‌ کنید و ترافیکی رد و بدل نمی‌ شود و عملا اینترنت دستگاه شما قطع به نظر می رسد، احتمالا گوشی خود را در حالت Power Saving Mode استفاده می کنید.

جهت رفع این مشکل وارد Settings دستگاه شده و وارد بخش Battery شوید، وارد بخش Power Saving Mode شوید و تیک گزینه Restrict All Background Data را بردارید.

- اگر هنگامی که از طریق اینترنت موبایل از اَپ ما استفاده می کنید و با وجود اینکه اتصال شما برقرار است اما ترافیکی رد و بدل نمی شود احتمالا قابلیت Background Data در دستگاه شما غیرفعال شده است.

برای فعال سازی آن وارد Settings دستگاه خود شده و وارد بخش Data Usage شوید و گزینه Background Data را فعال کنید و مطمئن شوید که تیک گزینه روبروی اَپ ما با عنوان 20SPEED VPN نیز خورده باشد.

- If after a successful connection despite having Internet access you see an "Internet Failure" error in the app and the traffic is not exchanged and virtually your device's Internet connection may appear to stop it's likely that your phone is in Power mode You are using Saving Mode.

To resolve this issue go to Settings and log into Battery enter Power Saving Mode and select Restrict All Background Data.

- If you use our app via the mobile Internet and if your connection is established but the traffic is not exchanged Background Data may have been disabled on your device.

To activate it go to your device's Settings and enter the Data Usage section and enable the Background Data option and make sure that the check box next to our app is also listed as 20SPEED VPN.
