iLoad is the first scientifically validated App which allows the
evaluation in real time of different workload parameters in
resistance training. The iLoad App calculates mean velocity (m/s)
mean power (W) and total work (kJ) of a set performed in exercises
with a linear displacement of the load. Velocity and power are very
important for training for sports performance. Meanwhile total work
is very useful when the objective is muscular hypertrophy.
Performance reports could be shared or exported for analysis and
storing.
