One full Pomodoro cycle contains 4 work sessions 3 short breaks and 1 long break. In Simple Pomodoro Timer user can set the time (in minutes) for each of the sessions as well as the total number of cycles. Pressing the Start button starts the timer and disables any subsequent changes of times and number of cycles. A certain sound is played during the last few seconds of a work session announcing the short break/long break session. A different sound is played during the last few seconds of the break session announcing another work session. At the end of all cycles the third kind of sound is played. The timer can be paused or reset. Reset button stops the time and returns the timer to the beginning of the first cycle. After pressing the reset button the times and/or the number of cycles can be changed.
