This app was developed primarily for the Grandview High School Chinese program which is where the default downloaded cards come from. However the app has functionality to create custom lists of cards as well as editing existing cards.

To select the cards to study their sets have to be selected on the main screen. Tapping the name of the group on the main screen expands its list of sets.

Cards have three sides: Mandarin Pinyin and English. In the default study mode and in the quiz mode these sides can be changed between by swiping up and down. Cards can be moved between by swiping right and left.

There are 4 modes to choose when studying cards:
1. Default Study: Shows one side of the card at a time
2. Quiz: Displays one side of the card and asking the user to match it correctly to the other two sides.
3. Tones: Requires the user to select the correct tone for a given pinyin word.
4. Overview: Has 2 submodes one for reading a large list of words and the other for editing the same list.
