في حالة عدم ربط حزام الأمان أثناء السير، ويتم توقيع غرامة من 100 إلى 300 جنيها.
في حالة السير عكس الإتجاه يتم سحب الرخصة لمدة شهر.
في حالة ركوب الدرجة البخارية دون خوذة الرأس يتم توقيع غرامة من 100 إلى 300 جنيها.
في حالة التحدث في الهاتف المحمول أثناء القيادة يتم توقيع غرامة من 100 إلى 300 جنيها.
في حالة فرض أجرة كثيرة على المواطنين بخصوص سيارات الأجرة، والحصول على مبلغ أكثر من المفروض، ويتم توقيع غرامة من 1200 إلى 1500 جنيها.
في حالة عدم نقل الركاب بالنسبة لسيارات الأجرة، ويتم توقيع غرامة من 1200 إلى 1500 جنيها.
في حالة القيام بأعمال غير مشروعة في السيارة في الطريق العام، يتم توقيع غرامة من 100 إلى 300 جنيها.
حالات خصم النقاط
عدم اتباع قواعد المرور يعرضك لخصم نقطة على الفور وفي الحالات التالية:
عدم الالتزام بمسافة الأمان بين السائق والآخر عند التقاطعات والتخطي والتقابل.
في حالة الوقوف في الممنوع.
في حالة السير دون رخصة القيادة.
في حالة السير دون حقيبة اسعافات أولية أو عدم استخدام مثلث الضوء.
التدخين داخل الميكروباص.
عدم وجود طفاية حريق أو انتهاء صلاحيتها.
المستندات المطلوبة لاستخراج بدل فاقد رخصة القيادة
يمكن استخراج بدل فاقد رخصة القيادة في حالة فقدانها بإتباع الخطوات التالية:

التوجه لقسم المرور التابع له وتقديم طلب النموذج الخاص لاستخراج بدل فاقد رخصة القيادة.
صورة بطاقة الرقم القومي سارية.
تقديم رخصة القيادة التالفة أو تقديم إقرار مكتوب يحتوي فقدانها.
سداد رسوم استخراج بدل فاقد رخصة قيادة وفقا لقانون المرور الجديد.
