CaracterÃsticas:
- Podrás ver el historial de rutas tomadas mostrando origen-destinto conductor Km tiempo y valor.
- Se puede seleccionar una ubicación diferente a través de la barra de búsqueda que ofrece la tecnologÃa de Google maps.
- Si la ubicación arrojada por Google maps no es tan precisa por ejemplo si se ubica en una avenida pero no exactamente en la salida de una casa o edificio podemos mover el pin o marcador en el mapa hasta la ubicación exacta.
- Una vez que el usuario envÃa la solicitud de servicio el sistema busca automáticamente el Conductor más cercano.
- Una vez que se confirme el servicio se envÃa una notificación al pasajero indicando algunos datos como la marca el modelo la placa color número celular tiempo de llegada.
- El conductor puede avisar al pasajero en el momento que ha llegado a buscarlo.
- El método de pago es sólo en EFECTIVO.
- Te mandaremos un recibo a tu e-mail cuando el viaje haya terminado.
- Se permite calificar al pasajero y al conductor.

Solicitamos su cooperación y comprensión dado que este tipo de vehÃculos es abordado continuamente por varias personas en el transcurso del dÃa.
2. Tarifa. Sólo paga el valor informado en tu App de Pasajero de tu Celular al momento de finalizar tu viaje exige al Conductor que Confirme el Total en su App asà garantizas que estas pagando el valor correcto.
Waycali No reembolsará valores cobrados en exceso por los conductores.
3. Dinero. Por favor verifica siempre la cantidad de dinero y válidez del tipo de billete o moneda recibida No se admiten reclamos futuros despues de bajar del vehÃculo dado que los conductores no tienen un esquema de cuadre de caja porque son independientes y trabajan para varias apps simultaneamente.
4. Encomiendas: el servicio ofertado por los conductores es para transporte de personas en caso de solicitar el servicio para envÃos de mercancias o elementos ni waycali ni sus conductores se hacen responsables por daños o perdidas de los mismos.
5. Incidentes con Conductores: El pasajero exime de cualquier responsabilidad a Waycali corresponde al Pasajero hacer las denuncias antes autoridades correspondientes por posibles eventos en los que se haya visto afectado por ellos. Dado que los conductores operan como Independientes.
6.Viaja GRATIS.
Por cualquiera de los siguientes motivos tu viaje será gratis:
*Al finalizar el viaje pidele al conductor que Confirme Pago en su App si en TU APP en tu celular aparece como No Pagado. Ese viaje Es gratis!.
*Si te recoge el Mismo Conductor que te acaba de Cancelar y no aparece un nuevo viaje activo en tu app. Ese viaje Es Gratis!.
* Si te finalizan el servicio antes de llegar a tu Destino (donde efectivamente bajarás del vehiculo) ese viaje Es Gratis!
Siempre lleva tu celular y tu sesión de la app abierta para redimir tu derecho con el conductor.
El beneficio es para el mismo viaje del evento. No para futuros viajes.
