B4A-Bridge includes an internal FTP server. You can use it to browse the secondary storage (File.DirRootExternal) with a FTP client or Windows Explorer.

B4A-Bridge / What's New in v2.60

Fixes an issue related to new restrictions in Android Q (10) devices.
The new "draw over apps" permission will only be requested on Android Q+ devices. It is required to allow B4A-Bridge start the deployed app from the background.
