- اگر هنگامی که از طریق اینترنت موبایل از اَپ ما استفاده می کنید و با وجود اینکه اتصال شما برقرار است اما ترافیکی رد و بدل نمی شود احتمالا قابلیت Background Data در دستگاه شما غیرفعال شده است.
برای فعال سازی آن وارد Settings دستگاه خود شده و وارد بخش Data Usage شوید و گزینه Background Data را فعال کنید و مطمئن شوید که تیک گزینه روبروی اَپ ما با عنوان MayaVPN نیز خورده باشد.
