Internal server name: sipdir.online.lync.com:443
External server name: sipdir.online.lync.com:443

You need an account from 365 or your company or we can set up servers for you in any country.

If the Microsoft (R) client fails Sky may work well. Sky does not require modification of your servers.
Sky does not require Mobility Service.
