Please follow the steps below to reflect your mobile screen to smart TV.

1) Your TV should support wireless display or any type of display dongle.
2) The TV must be connected to the same wifi network as your phone.
3) The version of the phone should be Android 4.2 and above.
4) Download and run Screen Mirroring App.

This app takes you to the Settings screen to launch the following products and more:

Once installed a widget called Miracast Widget allows you to access the Miracast settings screen with a click to send your device's display to your Miracast-enabled external screen such as your TV or monitor!
