نظراً لأهمية معرفة أحوال الرواة ودخالتها في استنباط الحكم الشرعي وتيسراً للباحثين في هذا المجال ارتأينا عمل هذا التطبيق الذي يحتوي على أحوال جميع الرواة الذين وقعوا في أسانيد الأحاديث معتمدين في ذلك على ما ألفه مرجع الطائفة وزعيم الحوزة العلمية الراحل آية الله العظمى السيد الخوئي (قدس سره) في كتابه (معجم رجال الحديث) وذلك لأن هذا المعجم من أكمل الكتب المكتوبة حتى صار اليوم مرجعاً لجميع الباحثين في هذا المجال.
