本アプリの特長・目的
・本アプリは「首都高をかしこく運転して（使って）もらう」ため、スマートフォン特有のタッチ操作・GPS連動等による首都高専用の道路交通情報コンテンツを提供するものです。
・コンテンツは現在・過去情報に分けられており、これらの情報を活用することで、首都高の渋滞区間・時間帯を上手に回避し、円滑な移動に役立てていただくことが目的です。

・首都高リアルタイムルート検索（GPS連動）
　GPSを利用して、現在地（最寄りの出入口）から選択した目的地までの最短時間経路とその所要時間が見れます。
※H26.10.19から追加しました。
・道路交通情報
　スクロールバーまたはボタンにより5分単位で過去2時間の事象規制渋滞情報が見れます。
・所要時間案内
　GPS機能を設定後、現在位置に応じた主要JCTから経路比較による所要時間情報が見れます。
　また、リストから選択された区間の経路比較による所要時間情報画情報が見れます。
・図形情報板情報
　リストから選択された路線の図形情報板情報が見れます。
　また、GPS機能を設定後、現在位置から最も近い路線上の図形情報板情報が見れます。
・PAからの所要時間情報
　リストから選択されたPAから主要な目的地までの所要時間情報が見れます。
　任意の目的地をタップすると目的地までの経路が見れます。
・混雑度カレンダー
　カレンダーの日付ボタン押下で昨年度実績日の事象規制渋滞情報が見れます。
・事故多発地点マップ
　首都高速道路上で事故が多く発生している箇所（カーブ、分合流部、本線料金所等）の位置を示しています。
・PA情報
　首都高内のPA（19箇所）の位置を示しています。

■注意事項
・道路交通法により運転者の走行中の利用は禁止されています。ご利用は同乗者がおこなうか、安全な場所に停車して行ってください。
・本アプリはインターネットが接続出来ない環境では利用できません。

Also you can see the required time information image information by the route comparison of selected section from the list.
And graphics board information
Graphic information plate information of the selected route you can see from the list.
In addition after setting the GPS function you can see the graphic information boards information on the closest route from the current position.

The required time information you can see from the selected PA from the list to major destinations.
When you tap any of the destinations you can see the route to the destination.
