[접근 권한 안내]
■ 기기 ID 및 통화정보
- 저희 케이웨더에서는 위 두 사항 중 ‘통화정보’는 수신하지 않으며 ‘기기 ID’만 사용하고 있습니다. 기기ID 정보는 푸시 서비스(알림 기능)를 위해 필요한 정보인데요 편지를 보내려면 집 주소를 알아야 하는 것과 동일하게 푸시를 보내려면 기기 ID를 알아야 하므로 기기 ID 정보를 확인하고 있습니다.
통화 정보가 뜨는 것은 기기 ID를 얻는 과정에서 함께 표출되는데 저희 케이웨더는 통화 정보를 따로 사용하거나 확인하지 않음을 알려드립니다.

■ 기기 및 앱 기록
- 기기 및 앱 기록 내용을 보시면 케이웨더 날씨 앱이 ①기기 활동 정보 ② 실행 중인 앱 ③인터넷 활동기록 ④북마크 중 하나 이상을 허용한다고 쓰여 있는데요 케이웨더 날씨 앱은 이 네 가지 중 ② 실행 중인 앱을 체크합니다. 이는 현재 케이웨더 날씨 앱을 실행시킨 상태에서 푸시가 온 상태인지 앱이 꺼져있는 상태에서 푸시가 온 상태인지를 확인하기 위해서 입니다. 앱이 꺼져 있는 상태에서 푸시가 왔을 때 앱이 켜지면 안되기 때문에 해당 정보를 확인하는 점 참고 부탁 드립니다.

- 1번 항목과 마찬가지로 푸시를 보내기 위해 ‘기기ID’를 체크합니다.

■ 위치
- 케이웨더 날씨 앱 내에서 현 위치 검색에 사용됩니다. 서버에 별도로 저장하지는 않으며 현 위치 검색을 할 때만 확인합니다.

■ 사진/미디어/파일
- 세 가지 항목 중 ‘파일’만 사용합니다. '파일'은 사용자가 설정한 정보를 파일로 저장하기 위해 사용합니다.

[자주 묻는 질문]
■ 현재 밖에 비 오는데 현재 날씨는 맑음으로 되어있어요.
- 현재 날씨는 기상청 관측소 값을 토대로 표출하는 것으로 1시간마다 갱신됩니다. 따라서 갱신주기에 따라 늦게 반영될 수 있습니다.

■ 예보가 맞지 않아요.
- 예보는 예상하는 확률로써 100% 확실하지 않으며 이상기후로 인한 기상이변이 심해짐에 따라 적중률 높은 예보를 내는 것이 더욱 어려워지고 있습니다. 기상변화가 심할 경우 케이웨더 기상청 예보를 번갈아 보시면서 날씨 변화에 대비하시기 바랍니다.

■ 정보가 업데이트되지 않아요.
- 트래픽이 몰리는 출퇴근 시간 및 매시 정각에는 업데이트가 간헐적으로 지연될 수 있습니다. 이럴 경우 새로 고침 버튼을 눌러 보시거나 1~2분 뒤에 앱 재실행 부탁드립니다.

■ 화면 비율이 이상해요.
- 일부 단말 유저의 경우 해상도 비율이 맞지 않아 애플리케이션 이용이 불편하실 수 있습니다. 시스템 설정 > 화면 > 화면 비율 보정 > 해당 앱 체크를 하시면 정상적인 화면 비율로 표출되오니 참고 부탁드립니다.

K-Weather Weather is an artificial intelligence that uses big data such as pollutant emission information population density topography and land cover by using 2000 civil observation network data in the national observation network information that is provided separately to provide real-time information of weather and fine dust. [Access Rights Guide]
â–  Device ID and Call Information
  -K-Weather does not receive 'call information' of the above two items and only uses 'device ID'. Device ID information is required for push service (notification). We need to know the device ID to send a push.
Call information will be displayed during the process of obtaining a device ID and we will inform you that we do not use or verify call information separately.

â–  Device and app history
  -If you look at the device and app records the Kweather Weather App allows one or more of ① device activity information ② running apps ③ Internet activity records and ④ bookmarks. Check your app. This is to check if the push is on with the Kweather Weather app running and if the push is on with the app off. When the app is off please note that the app can not be turned on when the push comes.

  -Like item 1 check 'Device ID' to send push.

â–  Location
  -Used to search your current location within the Kayweather Weather app. It is not stored separately on the server but only when searching for the current location.

â–  Photo / Media / File
  -Use only "File" out of the three items. 'File' is used to save the information set by the user to a file.

[Frequently Asked Questions]
â–  It's raining now but the weather is sunny.
  -The current weather is displayed based on the weather station's value and updated every hour. Therefore it may be reflected late depending on renewal cycle.

â–  The forecast is incorrect.
  -The forecast is not 100% certain as expected and it is becoming more difficult to get a high hit rate forecast due to the extreme weather caused by abnormal weather. If the weather is severe please take a look at Kweather and the Korea Meteorological Agency forecast to prepare for the change.

â–  The information is not updated.
-Updates may be intermittently delayed during rush hours and hourly traffic. In this case please press the refresh button or restart the app after 1-2 minutes.

â–  The aspect ratio is strange.
-Some terminal users may be inconvenient to use the application because the resolution ratio is not correct. Please check the System Settings> Screen> Aspect Ratio> App.
