안녕하세요 로드 오브 히어로즈 디렉터 윤성국입니다.

여느 게임들처럼 게임 설명 동영상 스크린샷을 등록했지만
이 화면에는 담지 못한 진심을 공유드립니다.

로드 오브 히어로즈에는 게임의 본질을 담아보고자 했습니다.
심심할 때 즐기는 것이 게임일 수도 있지만 누군가에게는 책/방송/유튜브 등 어떤 매체보다 큰 영향을 미치는 것이 게임이라고 생각합니다. 저 역시 게임이 좋아서 게임 개발자라는 직업을 택한 사람 중에 하나이니까요.

지금도 사랑받는 명작 게임들처럼 로드 오브 히어로즈는 익숙함 속의 새로움을 찾기 위해
# "영웅이 되어 위기의 세계를 구한다"는 스토리를 탈피하여 "왕이 되어 불합리한 세계를 혁신한다"는 스토리로 각색하였습니다.
# 캐릭터 디자인 역시 폭력성과 선정성을 배제하고 성별과 나이를 포괄할 수 있는 다양성(개성)을 확보하는 데 주력하였습니다.
# 게임에 대한 과몰입을 막기 위해 적정 시간만 플레이해도 성장이 뒤처지지 않게끔 시스템을 설계하였습니다.

자극적이거나 과몰입 요소가 적기 때문에 누군가에게는 혹평을 받을 수도 있을 것입니다. 하지만 이렇게 함으로써 우리 가족과 친구들에게 자연스럽게 소개할 수 있고 현실의 일상과 함께 할 수 있는 게임이 되고 싶습니다. 부족한 점에 대한 질책은 언제든지 새겨듣고 힘닿는 데까지 수정해나갈 것입니다.

Hello this is Yoon Sung-guk director of Road of Heroes.

I registered game descriptions videos and screenshots like any other game
We share the sincerity that we did not have on this screen.

I wanted to capture the nature of the game in Road of Heroes.
It may be a game that you enjoy when you are bored but I think that it is the game that affects someone more than any media such as books / broadcasts / YouTube. I also like games so I'm one of those who chose a job as a game developer.
 
Like the masterpiece games that are still loved Road of Heroes is looking for newness in familiarity.
# Breaking the story of "becoming a hero and saving a world of crisis" "becoming a king and innovating an unreasonable world" has been adapted into the story.
# Character design also excluded violence and sensibility and focused on securing diversity (individuality) that can encompass gender and age .
# To prevent over-immersion in the game we designed to prevent the growth of the game even if we play for a reasonable amount of time .

Some people may be criticized because they are less stimulating or have less immersion. However by doing this I want to be a a game that can be introduced naturally to my family and friends and played with everyday life . Any reprimands for the shortcomings will always be inscribed and corrected to the point of reaching the power.
