[끊김현상 해결]
1. 플레이 중에 자꾸 끊김니다.
안드로이드 6.0 업데이트 이후 OS에서 배터리 및 절전 관련 기능들이 추가되어 스마트폰 화면이 꺼지거나 백그라운드 상태에서 네트워크 제한이 발생하는것으로 확인되었습니다.

해당 증상의 경우 데이터를 사용하는 모든 APP에서 발생하는 증상이며 사용하시는 기기 설정 및 모델에 따라 끊김현상이 발생하니 번거로우시겠지만 아래의 기기 모델별로 설정 방법을 참고하신 후 서비스 이용을 부탁드립니다.

[삼성전자] (삼성전자 기기는 아래의 두가시 설정을 모두 해야합니다.)
- 스마트폰 설정→배터리→절전모드 OFF
- 스마트폰 설정→[배터리]→[배터리 소모 내역]→[더 보기]→ [배터리 사용량 최적화]→[모든 앱]→모두 라디오 OFF 선택

[LG 전자]
- 스마트폰 설정→배터리→절전모드 OFF
- 절전모드를 사용하셔야 하는 경우에는 다음과 같이 처리를 부탁드립니다.
1) 절전모드 옵션에서 백그라운드 데이터 제한 해제
2) 배터리 데이터 제한 ON 일 경우 →설정→일반→앱→앱설정→최적화 예외 앱→모두 라디오 체크

[Resolved the disconnection]
1. I keep dropping during play.
Since the Android 6.0 update the battery and power saving features have been added to the OS and it has been confirmed that the smartphone screen is turned off or the network is limited in the background.

This symptom is a symptom that occurs in all APPs that use data and the disconnection may occur depending on the device setting and model you are using.

[Samsung Electronics] (Samsung Electronics devices must set both of the following.)
-Smartphone Settings → Battery → Sleep Mode OFF
-Smartphone Settings → [Battery] → [Battery Consumption History] → [More] → [Optimize Battery Usage] → [All Apps] → All Select Radio OFF

[LG Electronics]
-Smartphone Settings → Battery → Sleep Mode OFF
-If you need to use power saving mode please handle as follows.
1) Disable Background Data Restriction in Power Saver Options
2) If the battery data limit is ON → Settings → General → App → App Settings → Optimize Exceptions App → Check Radio All
