تطبيق بلاغات السودان يساعد المستخدمين على رفع البلاغات المختلفة، ومن ثم متابعة حالتها الى ان يتم انهائها، ويقوم المستخدم بإضافة البلاغ بكامل التفاصيل (الموقع GPS Location، وصف المكان، التفاصيل سواءً نصية، صوتية، مرئية في البلاغ) وبعدها يتم إضافة البلاغ.

يستطيع المستخدم مشاهدة تفاصيل البلاغ، الحالة الحالية، التغييرات في الحالة Actions مع وقت ووصف كل تغيير

يستطيع المستخدم رفع أنواع عديدة من البلاغات كل منها يذهب تلقائياً الى الجهة المختصة، وتستطيع الجهة تحويلها في حال وصل بالخطأ الى الجهة الصحيحة

كل المستخدمين سيتم تسجيل حسابهم في نظام الرقم الوطني الالكتروني، ومن ثم يتم استخدام الحساب للدخول على نظام البلاغات.

يوفر النظام خاصية ارسال الاخبار بواسطة الجهات الى المستخدمين، مثلاً للتحذيرات او الاخبار العاجلة التي تخص الجهة والتي تريد ايصالها للمستخدمين.
The Sudan Communications application helps users to raise the various reports and then follow up their status until they are completed and the user adds the complete statement with the details (GPS Location description of the place the details are both text audio visible in the report) and then the notification is added.

The user can view the details of the report the current status changes to the Actions status with the time and description of each change

The user can raise many types of communications each of which automatically goes to the competent authority and the authority can transfer it in the event that he mistakenly reached the right party

All users will be registered with the national electronic number system and then the account will be used to enter the reporting system.

The system provides the feature to send news by the authorities to users for example warnings or urgent news that belongs to the entity and that you want to deliver to users.
