Michael Jeffrey Jordan (born in Brooklyn New York United States February 17 1963; age 57 years) is an American professional basketball player. He is a world-famous player in that sport. At least six times won the NBA championship with the Chicago Bulls (1991-1993 1996-1998). He has a height of 198 cm and won the title of best player.

Career
He began his career in the NBA in 1984 and joined the Chicago Bulls club until 1998. During his career he has collected six titles and five times been appointed as a regular MVP. The owner of the famous name Air Jordan retired from the basketball world in 2003 after two years joining the Washington Wizards who were 198 cm tall. After that he became a businessman. Besides being listed as the owner of Bobcats Jordan is busy with the property business and plays in the film titled Space Jam (1996) with the cartoon character Looney Tunes.

In 1985 he met Juanita Vanoy and married on September 2 1989 at Little White Chapel (Las Vegas). From their marriage three children were born namely Jeffrey Marcus and Jasmine. They divorced after 17 years of maintaining his marriage. In fact they both claimed to have lived separately since February 2006. The climax occurred in 2002. At that time he claimed that he paid Karla Knafel US $ 250 thousand to maintain the confidentiality of the relationship. Knafel said that Jordan called his marriage a "business relationship".

Hearing this Juanita immediately filed for divorce and asked for half of her total wealth which was said to reach US $ 400 million (around Rp3.6 trillion). Juanita also demanded ownership of a luxury home and custody of three children. Jordan then works hard to save his household ark. A month later Juanita dropped her demands.

Since February 2006 Juanita lives in Highland Park (Illinois) while Jordan is in the center of Chicago. Finally the two decided to separate and share assets as well as child custody. Divorce proceedings take place in Lake County United States.
