tenpoketはシフトワーク業態のチームコミュニケーションを改善、働きやすい店舗形成を促し、働いている従業員の働き心地を高めるためのツールです。

tenpoketは店舗（チーム）単位でグループを構成し、そのなかでマネージャー（管理者・店長）と従業員間、そしてチームコミュニケーションの流動化に寄与することが出来ます。
シフト勤務で、メンバー一同集まることが難しい中でもコミュニケーションを取ることができ、tenpoketは各自インストール・利用している私用チャットツールと住み分けて管理することが可能です。

また、従来のビジネスチャットとは異なり、「情報の蓄積・共有」に重きをおき、投稿内容をタグを用いてグルーピングし、後でタグごとに見返すことが可能です。
これにより、チャットの特徴である、「見返したい情報が流れてしまい、探すのが大変」という思いはもうする必要がありません。

その他、提供元の株式会社MS&Consultingが提供する他アプリケーション（MSナビ・従業員満足度調査閲覧サイト・SVナビサイト）と連携し、シームレスに情報の取得・閲覧が出来るようになります。

・投稿に対してタグを付けることで情報の管理・共有をする
・投稿に対して、「確認しました」ボタンを押すアクションを促すことによって、従業員に周知するべき情報を相手に認識させる
・トークルームを作成し、任意のメンバーのみでチャットをする
・写真・ドキュメントをメンバーと共有する
・所属グループ（店舗）以外に参加する（所属店舗からヘルプで他店へ一時的に所属する場合を想定）
・店舗に紐づかない任意のグループを作成し、所属店舗に関係なくメンバーを参加させる
・本部から全店舗に一括でメッセージ・写真・ドキュメントを共有する
